You can rely on our roadside assistance, wherever you happen to be in the U.S., 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All we ask is that your car is under warranty. If your warranty has expired, assistance is still available for a charge.
Quickly At Your Service
We will take your car to an authorized Jaguar Retailer. If your car still can’t be repaired quickly, we organize and pay for your onward travel. And if you’re more than 50 miles from home, we’ll pay for your hotel accommodation and alternative transportation.*

When you call, we’ll ask you for:
o Your name
o Your location
o Your registration number or Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
o A brief description of the incident
o A contact telephone number
If your car has been involved in an accident, we’ll also ask you to describe the damage and tell us the details of anyone else involved.
